The Joint Admission and Matriculation Board, JAMB, has announced the release of the 2024 JAMB UTME Mock results. The information came from the examination body’s social media pages where it directed candidates who wrote the Mock examination to proceed to check their results.
The examination which held across the 36 states of the Federation and FCT on Thursday 7th March, 2024, had about two hundred and sixty thousand candidates sitting for the examination.
How to Check Your 2024 UTME Mock Result
If you sat for the 2024 JAMB UTME Mock examination, you can check your result by texting MOCKRESULT to 55019 OR 66019 using the same number that you used during registration of the examination.
Text MOCKRESULT to 55019 or 66019. Text the two words with no space as shown above.
Recall that candidates were advised to print their Mock examination slips a week ago to enable them write the examination.
Points to Note
1. The Mock examination is not the examination. It is just a prelude to the main examination. It is for you to get to know the way the examination is conducted and what to expect in the UTME proper.
2. Remember that the UTME examination will take place between April 19th and April 29th, 2024.
4. Unlike NECO and WAEC where you have to buy pins or tokens for checking the result, JAMB does not charge a fee for services such as reprinting the JAMB slip or checking the UTME result. It is only when you want to print admission letter or original result that you are required to pay a small amount of money.
5. If your performance is not very good, treat it as a wake-up call, note your weak areas and work harder so that you can comfortably pass the main UTME examination with flying colours.
